For summer travel (June-August), we recommend booking 6-9 months in advance. For spring and fall travel, 3-6 months is advisable. Winter travel can sometimes be arranged with shorter notice. However, if you have specific accommodation requirements or are traveling during festivals or events, earlier booking is always better.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. For custom tours, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before your travel start date. Different payment schedules may apply for group tours.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and mobility issues. Please notify us at the time of booking, and we'll work with you to create an appropriate itinerary. For those with mobility concerns, we can recommend accessible accommodations, arrange suitable transportation, and suggest attractions that are wheelchair-friendly.
After your initial consultation, we typically provide a draft itinerary within 3-5 business days. We'll then work with you to refine the details until you're completely satisfied. The entire process usually takes 1-2 weeks, though this can vary depending on the complexity of your requirements and how quickly you provide feedback.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Citizens of EU countries, the US, Canada, Australia, and many other countries can visit Ireland without a visa for stays of up to 90 days. However, always check the latest requirements with the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) or your nearest Irish embassy or consulate before traveling.
