3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through our Site, you enter into an agreement with us for the provision of the selected tourism services. Your booking is confirmed only after we have sent you a booking confirmation and your payment has been processed successfully.

3.2 Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our Site are in Euro (€) unless otherwise specified. Prices may include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our Site.

3.3 Booking Modifications and Cancellations

Our cancellation and modification policy varies depending on the service booked:

• For standard tours: Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the tour date; 50% refund if cancelled between 3-6 days before the tour date; no refund if cancelled within 2 days of the tour date.
• For custom tours: Cancellation policy will be specified in your booking confirmation.
• For third-party services: Cancellation policies of the respective service providers will apply.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, insufficient participation, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AtticPhysi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
